Galeria Mokotów is one of the leading shopping centers in Poland. It is associated mostly with fashion due to the presence of the most popular fashion brands, including designer boutiques and premium brands. The strategy for center’s social media communication was to position the Gallery as a modern place, with friendly infrastructure, fashion, unique in the neighborhood, but also to increase the recognition of new brands.
In our communication we focus on the highest quality of published content. We want to be just like the best fashion media – an inspiring role model, which knows how to adjust the message to the target groups.
Our activities are visually cohesive with the center’s creative line. The Facebook profile is run on the basis of structured communication, covering various thematic cycles, such as PR, sales, fashion, lifestyle and events. We create eye-catching and original graphics that always have an element of surprise.
Also on Instagram we have developed an original, visually cohesive concept of the feed. We post unique, non-standard graphics, but also content from influencers and tenants. Moreover, we regularly publish instastories, which are, next to the feed, a full-value communication channel. We are determined to provide intiguing storytelling and engaging content.
