As an event agency, we delivered a comprehensive three-day event that brought together more than 650 international guests from 25 countries, creating a unified, engaging space for building relationships, sharing knowledge, and strengthening the brand’s values. We were responsible for the overall creative concept and full production of the event, turning Warsaw into a hub of inspiration and experiences.
We provided full logistics support for attendees and delivered livestreamed plenary sessions enriched with artistic performances. We also prepared a program of team-building and networking activities.
Another key element was the professional hosting by a charismatic, fluent English-speaking MC, who naturally set the tone of the event and kept the international audience engaged. We also handled every aspect of a four-day leadership meeting, from coordinating the stay to booking a carefully selected hotel and some of Warsaw’s most renowned restaurants.
