On behalf of Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW), we organized the comprehensive Westfield Days event, held simultaneously across all Westfield centers in Europe. Over three days, Westfield Days celebrated the latest trends in fashion, beauty, and food at both Westfield Arkadia and Westfield Mokotów.

Each center featured unique scenography, combining the client’s wooden cubes with distinctive decorations serving as Instaspots and specially designed floor graphics. The overall design reflected the creative guidelines shared across all Westfield centers.
Within the arranged spaces at Westfield Mokotów and Westfield Arkadia, we showcased a wide range of products—from fashion outfits to accessories, home decor, and sports and hobby items.


The scenography was complemented by 30 styled mannequins as part of the Shop the Look initiative, a key element of the client’s event toolkit. The mannequins displayed outfits featuring the season’s latest trends, curated by Westfield’s stylist.
Each mannequin had its own QR code, which directed visitors to a dedicated landing page where they could view professional photos of the outfit taken in our studio and access links to individual products featured in the styling.

At Westfield Mokotów, workshops held within the cube installations were very popular, focusing on the latest trends in sustainable fashion, art, and design.


At Westfield Arkadia, visitors at the end of the mannequin runway could use Clipmaker -a device that produces a professional promotional clip with real-time post-production.
As part of the event organization, we also managed collaborations with over 20 influencers. They received creative packages with invitations to the event, participated, and shared their experiences across their social media channels.
