Valkea agency redefines B2B communication in the commercial real estate sector with an AI-driven miniseries for Globalworth and Ace of Space

In the “One Place to Grow” campaign, creative agency Valkea transformed a complex business model into an engaging animated miniseries. The agency led the project from creative concept to execution: it created the world and characters, gave them distinctive personalities, and wrote scripts that tell a story about stability, flexibility, and growth through humor and storytelling. The series, produced in collaboration with Creait.me using AI technology, introduces a format to the commercial real estate sector that has so far been associated primarily with pop culture, combining the appeal of animated storytelling with a precisely designed business message.

The starting point for the campaign was a challenge typical of B2B marketing in the commercial real estate sector: how to communicate, in an engaging way, a solution that combines the stability of traditional leasing with the flexibility of serviced spaces. Instead of another presentation of office space, technology, and building specifications, Valkea proposed a format based on storytelling, humor, and distinctive characters.

The marketing agency created a creative idea that translated the “One Place to Grow” business model into the light and accessible language of animation. Globalworth and Ace of Space were presented as characters with different yet complementary personalities. The first is calm, organized, and provides a sense of security. The second brings energy, dynamism, and readiness to act. In the animated office, they are joined by Ozzy the pug and Hanka — a monstera with great ambitions, who speaks with a male voice and brings an element of surprise to the story.

– Globalworth and Ace of Space are a duo that shows growth does not have to mean choosing between security and dynamism. These two worlds can complement each other. As an agency, we designed an idea that gave the project its direction. We created the world, characters, and narrative, and wrote scripts that, instead of talking about offices, show how people work, grow, and change within them – says Agata Piłka, Chief Strategy Officer at Valkea Media.

The marketing campaign was inspired by global pop culture formats that build recognizable brand worlds through simple stories and distinctive characters. Animation made it possible to move away from the formal language of B2B communication, shorten the distance with the audience, and capture their attention without giving up business substance.

– I wanted to create characters you would want to talk to and have coffee with. I wanted to tell a light story with character, in which the protagonists complement each other and show that energy and calm can go hand in hand. It is also proof that serious business does not always have to be communicated in a rigid format – adds Marianna Krystev, Creative Copywriter at Valkea Media.

The campaign created and delivered by Valkea for Globalworth and Ace of Space – an example of modern content marketing – shows how complex business solutions can be translated into a light, accessible story that stands out against the traditional communication of the commercial real estate sector.
