Valkea, a marketing agency and publisher of Warsaw Business Journal, for whom business event organization is one of its core areas of activity, had the pleasure of organizing Women Leaders Forum & Branch | 2026 – a unique event dedicated to contemporary female leadership in business, bringing together leaders, experts, and representatives of key sectors of the economy.
The forum became a platform for inspiring discussions on the challenges and opportunities facing women in leadership roles. During three panel discussions and a series of expert presentations, participants explored topics related to building influence, effective leadership, mentoring, the development of soft skills, and change management. This format – combining panel discussions with expert presentations – reflects best practices in organizing business conferences.
With 18 speakers and experts, more than 100 attendees, and a wide online audience, Women Leaders Forum & Branch | 2026 created a valuable space for knowledge sharing and meaningful conversations about the future of women’s leadership in business.
