The grand opening of Candy Pop in Złote Tarasy was all about records, emotions, and unforgettable experiences! Thanks to a carefully planned strategy, the Warsaw debut of Candy Pop’s first store in Poland turned into a spectacular success, breaking attendance and sales records across the history of this Lithuanian retail chain.

We were also responsible for influencer selection, coordination with creators, and managing the client’s social media – including TikTok. The event featured appearances by top influencers such as Natsu (Natalia Karczmarczyk) and Kacper JASPER Porębski, drawing thousands of fans and setting record-breaking attendance and sales among all Candy Pop store openings worldwide.

Our months-long cooperation with Candy Pop – covering market research, social media strategy, and influencer marketing – culminated on July 12 with the launch of the Candy Pop Fun Zone at Złote Tarasy. Coordinated by our event team, the zone engaged children and families in playful activities, successfully raising awareness of the new concept and reaching a broad target audience.

The Candy Pop Fun Zone offered plenty of attractions, including a surprise-filled wheel of fortune where visitors could win full-value products or shopping discounts, and a prize machine packed with exotic Candy Pop treats. Nearly 25,000 people joined the fun in just two weeks.

We also managed PR activities for the event – developing the strategy and executing all communication related to the grand opening. The event received extensive media coverage from outlets such as Fakt and Wiadomości Handlowe.
